Shipping policy
All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. All orders are fulfilled from our production facility in the United States.
United States
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (FedEx): 1–2 business days — please note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3–10 business days
- Priority Shipping (FedEx): 2–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders with multiple items may incur additional shipping charges based on quantity and weight.
Please note that estimated delivery times do not include production time, exclude Sundays, and are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may occasionally fluctuate due to higher-than-normal order volumes or customs delays. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to redirect, recall, or expedite shipments — please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If your tracking has not been updated within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact our support team for further investigation.
